L'ALVR organise un accueil de loisirs chaque mercredi sur les semaines scolaires.

Les enfants peuvent être accueillis de 7h30 à 18h30, en journée, 1/2 journée avec ou sans repas.

DOCUMENTS D'INSCRIPTION

Pour toute inscription souhaitée, nous aurons besoin des documents suivants :

- Bulletin d'inscription mercredi.

 

Pour les nouveaux,

- Fiche de renseignement 2024-2025.

- Règlement intérieur 2024-2025 lu et signé.

- Copie des vaccinations (à jour).

- Attestation d'assurance (responsabilité civile + Individuelle Accident) de la période en cours.

- Attestation de quotient familial (CAF ou MSA).
